For orders made outside Taiwan, please read the terms and conditions below:
For order made from outside Taiwan, u might pls email us ur enquiry in details such as the items u want, quantity, ur name, ur post address...etc firstly at lourdes.taiwan@gmail.com or just simply leave us messge on page " contact LOURDES", we will reply u asap.
Within 48 hours, you will receive our confirmation email [Subject: Lourdes Sales Confirmation] with the total amount due including shipping costs in USD or AUD currency.
In the event if you have not received our reply within 48 hours, please do not hesitate to contact us at lourdes.taiwan@gmail.com once more. We will keep the item on-hold until we receive your final confirmation, but no more than 5 business days.
After receiving your fully payment we will sent out your order within 1-2 business days via EMS, unless u have specified the way u want us to ship. A shipping notification [Subject: Lourdes Shipping Advices] will be e-mailed to you when your order has been sent out. Please note the shipment will be made after we got ur fully payment.

We also accepts payments made through PayPal. Customers do not require a PayPal account as PayPal accept all major credit cards such Visa, Master Card, American Express and debit cards. You will be responsible for the PayPal transaction fee 3.9% + TWD 10 of the total transaction price including shipping.

Shipping:
All merchandise will be shipped from Taiwan within 1-2 business days by EMS after receiving your payment (excluding Satuday, Sunday and Public Holidays). We will send the item(s) by Taiwan Express Mail Service (EMS), unless u have speified the way u want to ship.

You are also solely responsible for any import duties and/or taxes to be paid on the value of the products purchased as well in case.
Once goods are sent out, we will also advise ur EMS tracking NO. for ur reference.
Prices and stock availability
All transactions made outside Taiwan will be completed in USD or AUD.
We reserve the right to change any product prices, product specifications and availability at any time. We aim to ensure stock information on line is as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee that stock is available. If the product you have ordered is not available, we will contact you by email and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available or cancel your order.
Returns and Exchanges
All goods we sent out are in good condition, so any item not in its original condition or worn beyond simply opening the packaging will not be refunded. Return postage is at your expense, please notify us immediately and include a photograph of the damaged goods and packaging.
